Experience:

Currently, I am an English teacher in a prestigious international school in Riyadh. I have been teaching elementary students with different nationalities of various cultural backgrounds, rational behaviors, and justifiable intelligences for 15 years. In my teaching career, I always utilize lecture, demonstration, interactive instruction, brainstorming, simulation, modeling, direct instruction, experiential learning, hands-on learning, games, and many more. I believe that young learners can achieve their full potential if they experience learning in a more enjoyable, yet challenging way.

Approach:

Motivation is the key to having a smooth flow of teaching. A learner is motivated to learn when a teacher is alive, energetic, and knowledgeable about the lesson. In my teaching technique, a learner should listen first and understand my lecture. Next, a demonstration about the lesson must be shown to my student. Then, I guide my learner to do the same thing as I have demonstrated until he can do it independently. For mastery, I let my student practice more. To boost his confidence even further, I acknowledge some inspiring words, such as "Excellent," "Great job," "Brilliant," "Super," "Perfect," and many more. It is always my practice to utter positive remarks for every learner's accomplishments because I believe that these could bring inspiration and excessive joy to their hearts.
