Based on this assessment, I create a customized lesson plan that aligns with the student’s goals, curriculum requirements, and learning style. Each lesson is structured to include a clear objective, engaging activities, and a review session to reinforce key concepts. I also incorporate regular assessments to track progress and adjust the lesson plan as needed to ensure the student is consistently moving towards their academic targets.
