Experience:I am a passionate facilitator who is looking to contribute to the academic lives of students so that they can embark on the journey to success, making their parents and institutions proud. I am trained and have several years of experience. I hold a doctorate in Education, a postgraduate degree in Botany, and have around 15 years of teaching experience. My students excel in diverse fields. Their achievements and happiness give me immense pleasure. I look forward to training students so that they can unleash their full potential.
Approach:I try to understand the psychology and learning style of the student. I facilitate students using techniques in which the student is comfortable and understands well. I try to go topic-wise followed by a session of high-order thinking skill questions and exam-based questions. This helps me check their understanding level. More of a practical approach is used. I include demonstrations, stories, mind maps, pictorial representations, and illustrations in my teaching. The first 10 minutes of my lecture are based on previous knowledge check followed by the topic using different techniques, with the last 8 minutes focused on recapitulation and homework.
