Experience:My tutoring work over the past four years has been extensive and varied. I have had the good fortune of working with students from all age groups, from young children to adults, as well as from different backgrounds and nationalities. Their aims have been equally diverse: some simply want to be fluent enough for normal conversations, while others strive to achieve English proficiency for academic or professional purposes.
Students I have supported included those sitting exams such as the IELTS, or teaching people how to feel comfortable in English-speaking environments. Observing their growth and rejoicing in their accomplishments has been an exceedingly gratifying journey!
Approach:As a fluent speaker of seven different languages, I have come to understand the dynamics of language acquisition. This knowledge helps me deliver my tutoring by recognizing learning pitfalls and adjusting my instructional techniques to an individual learner’s capabilities. While I build an atmosphere where students can freely inquire and make mistakes without worries, I aim to make them not only proficient in English but also self-assured when using it confidently in any context.
