My motto is "I CAN," and I am self-motivated with a strong desire for growth and learning. I have the ability to quickly adapt and adjust in complex environments, establish and maintain professional relationships, and work well as a team member or leader. I enjoy confidently participating in work and social activities, and I am known for being humble, friendly, and social, with a kind nature. I always maintain a positive mindset and attitude towards life.

Currently, I work as an assistant manager in logistics at Parvaz Carriage Company, a contracting partner with Pakistan State Oil. Additionally, I have three years of teaching experience at the college and university levels. At ARID Agriculture University, I teach principles of economics and at a government post-graduate college, I teach courses in microeconomics, macroeconomics, monetary policy, and international trade.

Approach:

Building a positive and supportive relationship with my students by creating a safe and comfortable learning environment which encourages open communication, trust, and collaboration. This allows my students to feel more confident in asking questions, seeking clarification, and sharing their challenges.

Regular assessment and feedback are essential components of my successful tutoring approach. I continuously monitor my students' progress, identify areas of improvement, and provide constructive feedback to help them grow and develop their skills.

Effective communication with parents or guardians is also important. I regularly update them on their child's progress, discuss goals, and address any concerns. Collaborating with parents ensures a holistic approach to the student's education and allows for a consistent support system.
