Approach:

I would describe myself as a friendly and enthusiastic teacher who is immensely passionate about her subject. I get a great sense of achievement from seeing my students develop and grow as individuals. In a class room I see myself as a effective facilitator and not a dictator. I do not try to be authoritative especially when it comes to young adults as students. When it comes to my approach to teaching I am extremely flexible to the needs to my students. however, I do imbibe the elements of constructivism in my teaching methods. I believe that each student has different learning and understanding abilities and they need to be motivated and actively involved. So my aim in teaching will be to create a situation where students become so involved in the subject that they become individual learners. I think it is extremely important for students to become self learners especially if they are studying a professional programme like Law.
