Qualified Chartered Accountant Big 4 audit firm experience

Approach:

I always plan my approach only after reading the mind of the student on how he/she is capturing the concept from a particular subject. If he is good at it I take him to the next level by testing on areas a bit tough but if he is lagging a bit, then I start from scratch and explain the concept in different ways until he understands and then go for further plans.
