Most of my trainees are obese and have tons of problems in life, including anxiety, depression, and other health conditions. You cannot tell them to start with gymnastics in the beginning; that's a bad idea. Instead, we can start from the basics to make weight loss happen and help them become real champions. We can start with swimming pool exercises because water decreased anxiety, decreases depression, and improves workout performance. Diet is also important, but I am not going to tell you to stop eating. Food is important to recover your body, but I can show them how to eat whatever they want in the right way. For example, you can eat the same chocolate bar to be healthy or to destroy your health. Eating it after a meal that includes protein, carbs, and fat can work as a blood flood to repair your cardio. However, if you eat it on an empty stomach, it can raise insulin levels.
